Onsite Model
Under the onsite delivery model, Resilience positions its team of software professionals on the client's site. For the entire project life cycle - starting from Requirements until its implementation and release in the market and graduate into the maintenance and support stages. All along, our team works with the client’s team, which enables synergy and focus on deliverable.
Offsite Model
Our offsite delivery model does not require in-person collaboration, but we still work closely with your team to complete your project exactly as specified. This delivery model is more cost-effective because there’s less travel involved, but we can still provide an excellent final product. These projects are managed by the local Resilience IT office in your region. Our team will collaborate with you remotely to analyze, design, implement, integrate and support our IT solutions.
Offshore Model
Under this Cost-effective model, the entire project is executed from Resilience's Offshore Development Centre (ODC) in India. The project gets executed using a well-established governance model on a foundation of well-defined processes. Our offshore team in India periodically interacts with the client in all stages of the project right from understanding the business requirements, Scope Definition, Project Execution and Deliveries. There will be a periodic Steering Committee reviews with right representations to review the progress and for mid-course corrections.
Blended Model (Onsite + Offsite + Offshore)
A blended delivery model gives clients the best of all worlds in terms of delivery models. With a blended delivery, we come onsite to your location to for planning, design, and management. Other project tasks including development, testing, and systems integration are carried out at our offshore development center in India.
