At Resilience IT, we have our own unique Agile Development Process which allows for fast project turnaround and flexible versatility. This process is largely based on the Scrum Methodology, but is also rooted in other software industry best practices like Interaction Design, Goal Directed Development, UML and Exploratory Testing. 

Our development approach takes your entire project and breaks it down into smaller chunks that can be more easily managed by individual teams. This allows for faster development at every step of the project. It also means that we can communicate using the best possible means for the specific project. It’s much easier to get actionable insights when you can get hands-on with a working piece of software or a prototype rather than just read documents or emails.
