My Career Journey at Resilience Infotech:

I have recommended working here to many friends and definitely would so in future, because this is the organization that most resembles my personal values. I love the progressive, I love the fact that it’s forward thinking and it moves quickly . A HR actually recommended me to work here five years ago. I remember feeling positive that the organization had taken a chance on me, because although I had lots of work experience at testing level, this was the first time I’d done a Project Manager role. I remember hoping that I fit in well with the team. I also remember that I was the 2nd employee of this organization. Training was well structured, intensive and personal and I am very happy that I got a chance twice to  visit the client place( THE GARAGEIN, Florida, USA).

I am incredibly grateful to the organization for – tapping in to all the skills that I have brought with me from previous jobs: team-working skills; communications; dedication; and motivation skills. In terms of the organization growing and changing, the last 12 months have been most significant for me. I’ve experienced a fast journey over the last five years and This helps me to have an understanding of my colleagues’ situation and it makes working here just that much easier.

Finally, I can’t believe how lucky I am that I work for an organization that sees visions and values and other purpose-based immersion sessions as a valuable use of time. I’ve never experienced that anywhere else
