My Career Journey at Resilience Infotech:

I completed 3 years in this organization, and not only have I grown as a professional but also as an individual. After a 3-year career gap, I restarted my career in Resilience and the warm and friendly welcoming team made me feel comfortable. In the next couple of days, I realized I belonged to a super-talented team. From there on the journey started under the guidance of my manager. In the last few years, I’ve made good friends and have met charismatic leaders. I consider myself fortunate enough to have encountered such talented, inspiring, and enthusiastic leaders, whom I’ve always found committed to excellence.

Working at Resilience is about making work fun, having a good work-life balance, as well as good synergy between work culture and productivity. I feel happy and proud to be part of an organization where we see female representation starting from entry level to the Project managers. In the last few years, the driving factor in my career has been the passion for my work and a very positive work culture in Resilience.
