My Career Journey at Resilience Infotech:

Resilience is a good platform to build your career. With all processes, strategies and patterns in place you are well placed.

Being part of the R&D team, I feel really great. Team is comprised of senior leaders who have proven experience and it gives me a place to learn the skills and patterns which I am not aware of. Lot of leadership qualities I did learn at Resilience and am in a continuous learning mode which keeps me motivated in building my long-term career. Everybody in the team is dedicated and committed to work. We work as a team and have a good team spirit. Be it the HR team, Infrastructure or Finance team everybody is committed and bring in lot of values to the company. If someone is looking for growing heights in their career, I would say Resilience is a good choice.

I feel if we put in our efforts with a good attitude, then definitely we are going to excel in our career.
