My Career Journey at Resilience Infotech:

Resilience is a great place to work. The culture is transparent. Every employee, irrespective of their position is given a chance to be heard, and there are ample opportunities available to those who want to build a career here. It is a young organization with a contemporary approach. I always had opportunities and challenges beyond my current role which helped me prove myself and achieve greater heights. Team members are great and it feels more like a second home. I remember joining Resilience way back in 2017 as a Project manager and now I lead the Delivery.
