My Career Journey at Resilience Infotech:

It’s hard to believe that it has been 4 years with Resilience Infotech. When I joined, we were a small company and how we have grown now. I was not sure about many things like, job security etc. at the time of joining, but sometimes we have to take risks in life and I made the right decision.

Thanks to that decision, today I stand in a good leadership role in the organization. I joined as POD lead for the development team and today am a technical lead for Data Science. In my 10 years of work experience, I have seen that many organizations do not motivate their employees or always give them negative feedback, but here we work as a team and we are very friendly, supportive, motivating, understand the situation and also think of employees’ benefits.

Here we are all treated the same not according to our positions or roles. I strongly believe there is a bright future in this company.
