My Career Journey at Resilience Infotech:

When I joined Resilience, I was given the key responsibility to streamline technology by leading R&D for one of our biggest customers. Leading this R&D team, gave me opportunities to take up different roles and build not only our R&D team but also other implementation teams. With this success, came a new opportunity to lead the implementation team which not only required new ways of handling customer requirements but also making sure that every new upgrade was a smooth sailing experience to our customers. This challenge required various areas of delivery models to be streamlined. With the support from all members of the team, was able to streamline the delivery model to achieve better quality, better delivery within a short span of time.

To be at Resilience, you have to love variety; you have to be entrepreneurial and explore different approaches; you have to modify and improve on the ways you tackle problems, this is the most exciting part of my job—doing things that haven’t been done before.

My mantra has been “Learn, Unlearn, and Relearn,” meaning we need to be innovative, more agile and open to challenges, which is the only way to move forward.
